Initial public offering of 29,101,562 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5 each ("Equity Shares") of Bansal Wire Industries Limited (the "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 256 per equity share of face value of Rs. 5 each (including a share premium of Rs. 251 per equity share) ("Issue Price") aggregating to Rs. 745.00 crores (the "Issue").
