Initial public offer of upto 61,30,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5/- each (the "equity shares") of Ema Partners India Limited (the company or epil or the issuer) at a price of Rs. [*] per equity share (including a premium of Rs. [*] per equity share) (offer price) for cash, aggregating up to Rs. [*] crores (offer) comprising a fresh issue of up to 53,34,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5/- each aggregating up to Rs. [*] crores (the fresh issue) and an offer for sale of up to 8,12,400 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5/- each aggregating up to Rs. [*] crores including up to 6,26,797 equity shares aggregating up to Rs. [*] crores by Krishnan Sudarshan, up to 95,348 equity shares aggregating up to Rs. [*] crores by Subramanian Krishnaprakash (the promoter selling shareholders) and up to 73,855 equity shares aggregating up to Rs. [*] crores by Shekhar Ganapathy (the individual selling shareholder and together with the promoter selling shareholders referred to as the selling shareholders). [*] crores will be reserved for subscription by the market maker to the offer (the "market maker reservation portion"). [*] crores is herein after referred to as the net offer. The offer and net offer will constitute 26.37 % and 25.05 % respectively of the post- offer paid-up equity share capital of the company. Price Band: Rs. 117 to Rs. 124 per equity share of face value of Rs. 5 each. The Floor Price is 23.40 times of the face value and tha cap price is 24.80 times of the face value of the equity shares. Bid can be made for a minimum of 1000 equity shares and in multiples of 1000 equity shares thereafter.
